Shopping at Dark in Closet and Shipping to the Philippines

So a month ago, I decided to buy yet another set of goth items in an online shop. I wanted what would pass for Lolita fashion. Since I love Punk Rave so much, I was convinced to buy from Dark in Closet as suggested by some YouTubers.

I basically just bought one winter woolen coat, a headdress, and two masks (against the 'Rona, ya know). I know there's no winter in the Philippines, I just want to wear one for a pictorial.

Unfortunately, a day or two later since hitting the buy button (last week of September), I received an email that the coat and headdress were out of stock. I was given an option to change my order with an amount + $12 higher than my sold out items plus a free cloth. After back and forth email exchanges (most of the items I inquired about weren't available either), we settled to an agreement. I would still get the woolen dress that I originally wanted but I will have to exchange my headdress with a pair of cuffs.

I was told to wait till mid-October before my package gets shipped (approximately more than two weeks). By the 14th of October, my package was indeed shipped and within the week, reached me via TNT Express.

All in all, from ordering to shipping, it took three weeks.
